Art & Bob’s new chairperson of the board, Estelle Bodén – CEO of Elk Entertainment and former CEO of Friday TV – has over 20 years of experience in the TV industry. She began her career at Strix Television, where she started up and was involved with its international sales department, for which she later became responsible.
Estelle has, among other things, been involved in developing and selling four of the program formats on the list “Top 100 Formats”: Minute to Win It (sold to over 70 countries), The Farm (Farmen) (sold to over 40 countries), The Bar (Baren) (sold to over 20 countries) and Clash of the Choirs (Körslaget) (sold to 17 countries).
“Art & Bob is an independent company with a very good and interesting position in the Swedish market,” Estelle says. “I’m really pleased to get this opportunity to be involved in the company’s continued development together with all the talented people who are working here.”
The board also consists of Art & Bob’s founders Jan Blomgren and Mikael Hernström, as well as Maritha Norstedt and Tom Persson.

The independent production company Art & Bob was founded in 2015 with the merger of Art89 Television and Bob Film Sweden. Last November, the company also brought in Co_Made Sthlm – an investment company that focuses on storytelling – as a partner.
The Art & Bob group includes the companies Art & Bob Film and Drama (formerly Bob Film), Art & Bob Television (formerly Art89 Television), Art & Bob Network and Art & Bob Postproduktion. The companies have produced films and series such as The Wedding Photographer (Bröllopsfotografen), The Nurses (Syrror), The King of Ping Pong (Ping Pongkingen), Families on Adventure” (Familjer på äventyr) Rebecca & Fiona and The Prime Ministers (Statsministrarna).
